Digital Products — Refund Policy

All our products are digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we believe in fairness — if you have a genuine issue, we will make it right.

When You Can Request a Refund: You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• The file did not download correctly or is corrupted
• The product received is significantly different from what was described
• You have a genuine reason — we just ask that you honestly tell us what went wrong

We trust our customers. Simply contact us with your order number and the real reason for your request, and we will process your refund promptly — no arguments, no hassle.

Corrections Instead of Refund: If there is a minor issue with your order (wrong file, size confusion, or anything fixable), we are happy to send you a corrected file instead of processing a refund. Just let us know what needs to be fixed!
